About Turner Immigration
Noah Turner is an immigration lawyer and Canadian legal advisor who helps individuals and families navigate Canada’s immigration system with clarity, care, and practical guidance.
He graduated from Queen’s University with a law degree in 2011 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 as a lawyer. In 2013, he was called to the Quebec Bar as a Canadian legal advisor. Since the beginning of his career, Noah has focused exclusively on immigration law, working with clients from around the world across a wide range of immigration pathways.
Until 2021, Noah worked at Canada’s largest immigration law firm, where he managed client acquisitions and immigration strategy, with a strong emphasis on economic immigration and the Express Entry system. During this time, he helped develop innovative immigration tools and resources, including a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) calculator and a digital assessment platform capable of evaluating more than 90 immigration pathways. This work required both strong legal expertise and a practical understanding of how immigration programs operate in real-world situations.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Noah made a deliberate shift in his practice and began working in refugee law alongside leading refugee lawyer Rachel Benaroch. This broadened his perspective and deepened his understanding of Canada’s refugee protection system.
Today, Noah runs his own immigration law practice and collaborates with Me. Rachel Benaroch and Attorney Marisa Feil. He draws on his experience in both economic immigration and refugee law to help clients develop tailored and reliable immigration strategies. Whether assisting with long-term immigration planning or urgent and complex matters, Noah is committed to providing clear advice and dependable support at every stage of the process.
Noah provides legal services in both English and French and is dedicated to treating every client’s case with professionalism, empathy, and honesty.
